PULL-IN SITES (#2-19) All Riverfront sites were originally designed for a class A Club; Motorhomes pull straight in. Trucks pulling trailers can pull straight in on left side of the pad; back out on right side (move picnic table first). Can back in if you have long sewer hose or live without sewer. No pull-behind trailers on site #9 unless you back in . All sites have full hook-ups and wide pads 25'x50' plus more room in the paved driveway for parking vehicles.

OFF-RIVER PULL-THRU (#20 ) The only true pull-thru site, on a corner by the exit.
OFF-RIVER SEMI PULL-THRU (#21-27) Due to hill, not exactly pull thru, but there is room to unhook and pull your truck thru on the gravel.
Some of these spaces are typically reserved for longer stays or work-campers.

CAMPER RENTAL We have one spacious camper for rent and we can move it around. Please call for more info.

TENT SITES Past our boat ramp (off the right side of the map), we have picnic tables overlooking the river and level spots suitable for primitive camping. It's a 5 minute walk to the bath house (showers, toilets, store and laundry) but there is a community fire pit and potable water nearby. It's a great location for rafters to pull out just a mile below the old Iron gate dan, right before thriver gets more shallow. Please call for more info.

FAMILY GET-TOGETHERS Rent our camper for Grandma and Grandpa, and the rest of the family can pitch tents nearby.
Enjoy fishing, tubing, fly fishing, and of course wild horses. We have some loaner tubes and raft. Kids can fish in the pond. This camping area is on the far east side of our property, away from the rest of the RV park. A great spot for your family to get away from it all...

MAP

LAZY HORSE RV PARK Features staggered sites with great riverfront views. Big rigs and tow vehicles welcome! Double-wide concrete pads 50x25 plus paved driveways for parking vehicles. All sites are full hook-up with 20/30/50 amp electric, potable water and sewer. Enjoy a lovely Bath House and laundry area that now includes a small store with ice, snacks and essentials. We also have fire pits by the river, lawn games and inner-tubes to borrow for wholesome family fun!
MINIMAL FEES
Pay only 50% upfront. The balance will be charged within 24 hrs of arrival. Also, our cancellation policy is much more lenient than in the past.

OFFICE ASSISTANCE FEE $5 Please make reservations online whenever possible. Save reservation email to make changes or to cancel your own reservation.

HOW TO AVOID FEES To avoid additional fees, please avoid bringing groups of more than 8 people, and leave your aggressive dogs at home. Don't park trucks on the lawn or pitch tents on the lawn so we can't water the grass. Tent states make holes in sprinkler lines that are on the edge of your RV pad! And please keep your space tidy and noise level down. If your neighbors complain, you will be fined. Lazy Horse RV Park should be a peaceful retreat for everyone!
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations more than one month out receive a 95% refund. Cancellations within 2-3 weeks get a 90% refund.
Cancellations within 1 week get a 75% refund.
MONTHLY RATES Book 30 days max at a time. No contracts. Utilities included starts at $800/mo off-river. Minimum $1000/mo for riverfront. Spring lower rates? Traveling workers may pay more for flexibility. Work-exchange options are possible.

STANDARDS FOR LONGER STAYS This a peaceful retreat and private property. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
No drugs, no drunks, no disturbing the peace, no aggressive dogs, no extra vehicles without permission, no clutter. Those who don't obey the rules will not be able to book for another month.
WORK-CAMPING Want to pay partial rent and work 10 hrs a week? Or live for free and work 20 hrs a week. Stay for a month, a season or more. We have different options to suit different people. More info HERE.
