TERMS & CONDITIONS
Guests must sign Terms & Conditions in order to complete their reservation, including safety info and waiver, as follows:
WILD HORSES, RIVERS & SAFETY
Our county is an “open range” county where wild horses roam free! Horses may appear gentle when passed out by your camper, but we have to remind our guests they are WILD and unpredictable. They do not know the difference between carrots and fingers! Approaching wild horses, as well as riverfront camping and rafting, can be dangerous activities. DO NOT FEED HORSES ON YOUR RV PAD, AS THEY MAY NEVER LEAVE, AND THAT ENDANGERS OUR GUESTS. ITEMS MAY BE LEFT ON GRASS AT A SAFE DISTANCE.
RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION:
You agree to release the Campground and it’s owners, Camp Hosts, and employees (Campground Parties) of all liability for loss or damage to property and personal injury arising in connection with your use of the campground, howsoever caused, whether or not caused by the negligence of such persons, active or passive, including but not limited to injuries resulting from wild horses, interactions with other wild animals or guests, and interactions with Campground facilities, loaned kayaks or inner-tubes, and bodies of water around the Campground. You further agree to indemnify the Campground Parties against claims resulting from loss or damage to property or personal injury, howsoever caused, whether by your own conduct or negligence of a Campground Party. To the maximum extent permitted by law, this release of liability and promise to indemnify is meant to cover conduct by or damages to any member of your family, your guests, and your pets. You are responsible for your own safety. More about Wild Horses encounters on our Bulletin Board. **See Terms & Conditions in welcome email.**
